As you browse the Site or upload video or audio content onto our Servers, we may collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site (such collected information is hereinafter referred to as the “Device Information”).

We may use “cookies” on our Site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a Site visitor’s hard drive, which may be used by us to help us improve our Servers, our Site and your access to it, and which identifies repeat visitors to our Site. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risks and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site and Servers (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site and our Servers).

We take precautions to protect your Personal Information. Whenever we collect sensitive Personal Information, such information is encrypted and transmitted, if necessary, by secure servers.

You acknowledge and agree that we use a third party for processing credit card transactions and, by using the Site or our Servers, you hereby consent to the transmission of your credit card information to such third party.

We will not share your Personal Information without your prior written consent, unless we are required to do so to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or to otherwise protect our rights.

You acknowledge that we have no access to or control over third-party cookies and third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not extend to the websites of any third parties. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third parties.

When you make a purchase through our Site, we may maintain Order Information for our records, unless and until you ask us to delete such information.
